| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察鞘内注射链霉素对晚期结核性脑膜炎的疗效。方法 :对全身抗结核加鞘内注射链霉素治疗的 4 8例晚期结核性脑膜炎病人进行回顾性分析。结果 :晚期结核性脑膜炎病死率下降至 2 5 .0 %。结论 :鞘内注射链霉素治疗晚期结核性脑膜炎效果良好

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of streptomycin given Intrathecally in advanced tuberculous meningitis. Methods: Retrospective analysis was carried out to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of general antituberculosis combined with streptomycin given Intrathecally in 48 patients suffered from advanced Tuberculous meningitis. Results: The therapy could result in a decreased mortality. The mortality was decreased by 25.0% in this group of patients. Conclusion: Streptomycin given intrathecally should be taken into more consideration in the treatment of advanced tuberculous meningitis. |
