| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨X线计算机断层扫描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)在脑静脉畸形(CVM)诊断中的价值. 方法:对17例CVM患者的MRI和CT资料进行分析,15例行MRI平扫及增强扫描,其中2例行磁共振脑静脉成像检查.3例行磁共振脑动脉成像检查,8例患者行妇CT检查,包括平扫2例,增强4例,cT脑动脉造影检查2例.17例中4例行数字减影血管造影检查证实. 结果:17例患者有21个CVM,其中3例为多发,4例患者合并有海绵状血管瘤.有21个CVM中,幕上7个,幕下14个.12个CVM为浅型,位于皮质和皮质下区,9个为深型.CT平扫均不能显示CVM的直接征象,增强CT、CT脑动脉造影和MRI增强扫描均能清晰显示CVM的特征性表现,即"水母头"状扩张的髓静脉汇入粗大的引流静脉干,MRI能清晰显示合并的海绵状血管瘤和其他脑实质异常.磁共振脑静脉成像也能清晰显示CVM. 结论:CVM为最常见的脑血管畸形,具有典型的影像学表现,CT增强、CT动脉成像以及MRI均能显示其特征性改变,并对其做出诊断.MRI检查可显示合并的其他异常表现,是首选的影像学检查方法.
