更乐贴片治疗绝经期症状的临床观察

目的 观察更乐贴片治疗绝经期症状的临床效果。方法 1999年1～10月来我院就诊的绝经后患者40例,应用更乐贴片,每周2贴,观察用药前后Kupperman评分及血中雌二醇(E_2)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)的变化。结果 用药后患者绝经期症状、Kupperman评分与治疗前间的差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗前后患者血清中E_2、FSH含量间的差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 更乐贴可显著改善绝经期症状,且使用方便,副作用小,患者易接受。

Clinical observation with Gengle Patches in climacteric symptoms

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy in climacteric symptoms with Gengle patches. Methods 40 cases were collected from the postmenopausal women treated in our hospital between January, and October, 1999. Use Gengle Patches, two pieces a week, to observe the Kupperman score and the changes of Estradiol (E2) and Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) before and after the treatment: Results The differences in Climacteric symptoms and Kupperman score of patients before and after the treatment were significant ( P < 0. 05) ; Also there were significant differences in proportion of E2 and FSH in serum of patients ( P <0. 01). Conclusion Gengle Patches can improve significantly in Climacteric symptoms. It is useable, it has small side effects and can be easily accepted by patients.
