| 摘 要： | 检测６９例冠心病，４７例对组糖耐量中胰岛素（ＩＳ），Ｃ肽（ＣＰ）的变化，结果冠心病组服糖后２ｈ，３ｈＢＧ，１ｈＩＳ，ＡＵＣ，１ｈＩＳ／ＢＧ、３ｈＣＰ／ＢＧ均明显高于对照组，提示冠心病存在ＩＲ和ＨＩＳ，ＩＲ和ＨＩＳ与冠心病发作有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Blood glucose (BG),insulin(IS) and C-peptide (CP) levels during oral glucose tolerance (OGTT) were measured in CHD (n=69) and control (n=47) groups the results showed that BG at 2nd and 3rd hour, IS at 1st hour AUC IS/BG at 1st hour, CP/BG at 3rd hour postloud during OGTT significantly increased in CHD patients compared with CO group, the study indicated that IR and HIS exist in CHD and that IR and HIS have close relation with the cause of CHD\= \ \ |
