| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨个性化护理干预对小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效影响。方法:将77例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿随机分为实验组39例和对照组38例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予个性化护理。结果:实验组疗效优于对照组(P0.05),副反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿实施个性化护理,可提高治疗效果,减少副反应发生率,值得在临床上应用和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical influence of nursing intervention about children mycoplasma pneumonia patients.Methods：77 cases of children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the routine care were used in control group,and individual nursing were used in experimental group. Results：The excellent rate,total effective rate and side reaction in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Carrying out individual nursing for young mycoplasma pneumonia patients can enhance the clinical effect and decrease the side reaction rate,so it deserved promotion and application in clinical. |
