| 摘 要： | 目的:应用自体表皮细胞直接种植在感染创面,立即敷用中药,使细胞在感染及中药换药环境下成活,加速创面愈合。方法:17例病人,均采用双重酶消化法进行细胞分离,细胞混悬液浓度为1×106个/mL。将混悬液滴在创面上,中药覆盖。结果:部分病人约3~7天可见皮岛出现,经中药换药,17例病人创面全部愈合。结论:自体表皮细胞可在无载体情况下直接种植在感染创面上,并可在中药换药环境下成活。

| Abstract: | Objective:By means of directly transplant epidermis cells at infectious wound and immediately apply with Chinese medicine, cells may survive under tainted and medicine refreshment circumstances and expedites undoncrescence. Methods:17 cases either of which adopts twin-enzyme digestation to split cells with cell suspend extract of 1 10~ 6 /mL 1mL. Apply extract onto wound with Chinese medicine covered.Result:Part of patients'skin PIDAO emerged in 3-7 days, while by refreshing Chinese medicine, all of which recovered.Conclution:Self epidermis cells can be transplanted at tainted wound without any vector and survive under circumstances of refreshment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
