| Abstract: | A case of left-sided paraduodenal hernia and jejunal diverticulosis is described in 75-year-old man who presented with chronic intermittent abdominal pain, weight loss, and anemia. A brief review of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and clinical presentation displays the variety of symptoms associated with these rare conditions. |
