| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对泌尿系病变的诊断价值。方法:对20例疑有泌尿系疾病患者行多层螺旋CT容积扫描及三维重建。结果:20例中结石11例,先天变异及畸形3例,癌肿4例,结核1例,其他1例。MSCT能清晰地显示肾脏、输尿管及膀胱病变的部位、原因、范围及性质。结论:MSCTU重建图像清晰,对泌尿系肿瘤、结石及其他上尿路梗阻性疾病有着独特的临床应用价值,可大大增加泌尿系疾病的诊断率,故可在临床上常规应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) with 3D reconstruction in diagnosing the urinary system diseases.Methods twenty cases with suspected urinary system diseases performed by MSCT volume scanning and 3D reconstructions.
