| 摘 要： | 目的]讨钬激光输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性．方法]应用钬激光输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石32例，其中输尿管上段结石5例，中段结石8例，下段结石19例．结果]输尿管上、中、下段结石的排净例数分别为4，7，18例．结论]钬激光输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石有效、安全。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To evaluate the effects and safet y of the ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for managing ureteral calc uli.?METHODS?Ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy was u sed in 32 cases of ureteral calculi, in which 5 cases of upper ureteral calculi, 8 cases of middle ureter and 19 cases of distal ureter.?RESULTS?The stone-free case was 4 cases, 7 cases and 18 cases in upper, middle and distal ureteral calculi, respectively.?CONCLUSION?The ureteroscop ic H olmium:YAG laser lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method for manag ing ureteral calculi. |
