肺癌组织中钙粘附蛋白-E和S100A2表达与临床病理学的关系

摘    要:目的研究及探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中粘附蛋白-E(E-cadherin)和S100A2表达与临床生物学行为的关系。方法采用RT-PCR方法及免疫组织化学(IHC)法,检测95例NSCLC组织标本、配对癌旁组织及正常肺组织E-cadherin和S100A2表达情况,分析它们与肿瘤临床特征的相关性及其在非小细胞肺癌进展中的作用。结果 RT-PCR结果表明E-cadherin在正常肺组织中高表达,在肺癌组织中表达下调,S100A2在正常肺组织中低表达,在肺癌组织中表达上调。免疫组化结果表明E-cadherin在正常肺组织中阳性率为100%,随着NSCLC组织分化的降低阳性率下降,S100A2表达上调。结论 E-cadherin在NSCLC的低表达和S100A2在NSCLC组织过表达可能与NSCLC发病相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin and S100A2 genes in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissues and their clinic characters.Methods In order to discover the function of E-cadherin and S100A2 in NSCLC tissues,semi-quantitative RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were performed in the tumor tissues with differentiation grade,lung paracancerous and normal lung tissues.Results RT-PCR showed E-cadherin high expressed in normal lung tissues,and down-regulated-expressed in NSCLC tissues.S100A2 low expressed in normal lung tissues,and up-regulated-expressed in NSCLC tissues.Immunohistochemisty showed the expression of E-cadherin protein in normal lung tissues is 100%,while in the NSCLC tissues is lower and S100A2 is up-regulated.Conclusion E-cadherin is tumor inhibitor factors,its expression decreased in the NSCLC tissues,positively related to differentiation and negatively related to lymph node metastasis and invasion grade.The expression of S100A2 is higher in NSCLC,negatively related to differentiation and positively related to lymph node metastasis and invasion grade.
