家属参与患者术前呼吸功能锻炼对心胸外科手术后的疗效观察

目的探讨家属参与患者术前呼吸功能锻炼对心胸外科手术患者的影响。方法将136例心胸外科住院患者随机分为2组,分别为术前家属参与患者呼吸功能锻炼组和单纯患者呼吸功能锻炼组,各68例,比较2种呼吸功能锻炼方式对患者呼吸功能效果。结果有家属参与患者呼吸功能锻炼组,患者有效咳痰率为97.1%,肺部感染率为1.5%;单纯患者呼吸功能锻炼组有效咳痰率为85.3%,肺部感染率为8.8%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论家属参与患者术前呼吸功能锻炼,有效地增加了患者咳嗽、排痰的能力,减少了肺部并发症的发生。

The efficacy of preoperative family members to participate in post-cardiothoracic surgery
