知柏地黄泡腾颗粒的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选知柏地黄泡腾颗粒提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:采用正交试验法L9(34),对影响知柏地黄泡腾颗粒提取工艺的主要因素进行了研究。结果:优选出知柏地黄泡腾颗粒的提取工艺:方中山茱萸、泽泻采用乙醇提取,最佳工艺为使用8倍量的90%乙醇,加热回流提取2次,每次1 h;药渣和方中其他药味采用水煎煮提取,最佳工艺为15倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:该提取工艺合理可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the conditions of the extraction for Zhibai Dihuang effervescent granules.Methods:The optimum extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extraction process was determined.Fructus Corni and Rhizoma Alismatis were extracted with 90% ethanol for two times,1 hour for each time.The residues of Fructus Corni,Rhizoma Alismatis which were extracted with 90% ethanol and the other ingredients were extracted with 15 times of water for 3 times,1 hour each time.Conc...
