化浊利湿、清热解毒法治疗喉源性咳嗽126例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 126 Cases with Laryngeal Cough by Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Function of Eliminating Dampness,Heat Clearing and Detoxicating

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the function of eliminating dampness,heat clearing and detoxicating for laryngeal cough.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six cases of laryngeal cough were received Traditional Chinese Medicine with the function of eliminating dampness,heat clearing and detoxicating;Evaluating the symptomatic improvement and overall efficacy after the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.We will observe the adverse reactions during the treatment process,and analyzing data by SPSS17.0 packages.Results:There are 75 cases cured after five doses of Chinese Medicine,and after five doses of Chinese Medicine,There are 23 cases cured,16 cases improved,12 cases invalid.The effective rate is 90.5%.Conclusion:Chinese Medicine,which have the function of eliminating dampness,heat clearing and detoxicating for laryngeal cough is obviously effective.
