脑力苏方对血管性痴呆小鼠脑组织SOD和MDA含量的影响

摘    要:目的:通过脑力苏方对缺血再灌注小鼠血管性痴呆(Vascular Dementia,VD)模型的实验研究,探讨脑力苏方治疗VD的部分作用机理。方法:采用双侧颈总动脉反复结扎脑缺血再灌注的方法制备VD小鼠模型。随机分为假手术组、模型组、喜得镇组、脑力苏方高、低剂量组。其中后3组为治疗组。术后15天检测小鼠脑组织SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、MDA(丙二醛)含量。结果:各治疗组SOD增高(P〈0.05),MDA降低(P〈0.05),有统计学意义。其中以脑力苏方低剂量组最明显。结论:脑力苏方可提高脑组织SOD活性、降低MDA含量,以保护脑神经元细胞。

Abstract:Objective:The mental Sudan on ischemia-reperfusion in mice with vascular dementia(Vascular Dementia,VD) model of experimental study to examine the mental part of the Soviet side treatment of VD mechanism.Methods bilateral carotid artery ligation repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mouse model was prepared VD.Randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,Hydergine group,mental Sudan high and low dose group.After one group 3 treatment group.15 days after detection of brain tissue SOD,MDA content.Results SOD increased(p<0.05),MDA decreased(P<0.05),statistically significant.Among them,the low dose group mental Sudan the most obvious.Conclusion Naolisu to raise the brain tissue SOD activity,decreased MDA content in order to protect neuronal cells.
