| 摘 要： | 目的:建立葎草的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法:以木犀草素对照品为对照,采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别研究.结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(8:2:0.5)展开后Rf值适中,斑点清晰.结论:建立的薄层鉴别方法对律草中木犀草素的鉴别有较好的适应性,重现性好,为完善其质量标准奠...

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a Thin-Layer Chromatography(TLC) identification method for Humuli Scandens.Method:Using TLC with luteolin as the reference substance.Result:Both luteolin and Humuli Scandens had the same main spot and color on the plate.The Rf value was moderate and the spot was clear by using toluence-ethyl acetate-formic acid(8∶ 2∶ 0.5) as the developing solvent substances.Conclusion:The method is adaptable and reproducible to identify luteolin of Herba Humuli Scandens,which provide a basis for the quality control of Herba Humuli Scandens. |
