| 摘 要： | 本文报告１９８３￣１９９４年在中度高原地区６３１１例住院的中老年干部。知识分子中采用回顾性分析的方法，共选取资料较完整的ＤＭ患者３３７例，结果表明１２年来ＮＩＤＤＭ病例有逐渐增多的趋势。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To understand the incidence non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) in middle age and elderly at high altitude.The clinical data on 337 cases with NIDDMfrom 1982 to 1994 at mediun altitude we re analysed retrospectively.The NIDDM was increasedwith years from 1982 to 1994.The average incidence of NIDDM in our group was 5.34%.The in-cidence of NIDDM in the male subjects beyond 65 years was the highest(18.99%).The mortalityin the subjects beyond 85 years reached to 46.66%.The hospital administration rate of NIDDMwas changed with seasons(P<0.05).The complicated rate of coronary heart disease(19.28%),hypertension(15.43%),cervical vertebrae disease(14.84%),and hyperglyceridemia(10.65%)with NIDDM were markedly hign.It is importaiit to develop the study of NIDDM at high alti-tude. |
