利多卡因宫颈旁局麻人工流产的临床研究

目的 :研究利多卡因宫颈旁局部浸润麻醉用于人工流产的临床疗效。　 方法 :对 30 4例利多卡因宫颈浸润麻醉与 12 4例单纯利多卡因宫颈管粘膜表面麻醉 ,76例未用局麻药行人工流产者的术中镇痛效果、宫口松驰程度、人工流产综合征的发生率及术中出血量进行对比分析。　 结果 :利多卡因宫颈旁局部浸润麻醉组在术中镇痛、宫口松驰、人工流产综合征的发生和对照组相比差异有显著意义 ,但术中出血量三组间差异无显著意义。　 结论 :利多卡因局部浸润麻醉用于人工流产疗效明显 ,值得推广。

STUDIES ON PARACERVICAL BLOCK OF LIDOCAINE IN ARTIFICIAL ABORTION

Objective To study the effcets of paracervical block with lidocaine on the artificial abortion Methods 304 artificial abortion cases accepting paracervical block of lidocaine (injection group), 124 cases accepting cervical surface anesthesia of lidocaine (SA group) and 76 cases without accepting any anesthesia (control group) were collected, and the analgesical effects, cervical laxation degrees,complications of abortion and amounts of bleeding of the injection group, were compared with those of the two other groups. Results Paracervical block alleviated the operation pain, dilated the cervixes and decreased the complications of abortion remarkably (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among the three groups in the amounts of bleeding. Conclusion Paracervical block is an ideal and effective analgesical method in the artificial abortion.
