| 摘 要： | 目的：提高中脑周围非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（PNSH）的认识水平，指导临床诊治。方法：回顾性分析11例（PNSH）患者的临床表现、影像学资料、治疗及预后。结果：所有患者均痊愈，病程24～30d。无明显并发症发生。对上述患者随访1—3年，平均随访22个月，生活均能自理，无再出血病例发生。结论：PNSH是一种特殊类型的SAH，无严重的脑血管痉挛、脑积水和再出血发生，预后好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the level of understanding of perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(PNSH)and to guide the diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice.Methods:The clinical manifestation,imaging data,treatments and prognosis of 11 patients with PNSH were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients were cured,and their course of disease was from 24 to 30 days.No obvious complications occurred.The patients were followed-up for 12 to 36 months(mean 22 months).All the patients were indep... |
