欣母沛联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗凶险型前置胎盘大出血的疗效分析

目的观察欣母沛加宫腔填塞纱条对凶险型前置胎盘大出血的治疗效果,分析其临床应用。方法选取在我院进行凶险型前置胎盘大出血的患者80例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者产后止血成功率明显高于对照组,出血量明显低于对照组,不良反应的发生率稍高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对凶险型胎盘前置大出血患者采用欣母沛加宫腔填塞纱条治疗产后出血,提高产后出血的止血成功率,有效保证患者的身体健康及生育功能,减少病死率,安全性高,治疗效果好,所以值得在临床推广。

Objective Analysis hemabate combination uterine packing gauze treat placenta previa bleeding treatment efficacy. Methods Select type of placenta previa hemorrhage in our hospital disaster of 80 cases of patients, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients with hemostatic effect observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Hemabate combination uterine packing gauze treat placenta previa bleeding, improve the success rate of postpartum hemorrhage bleeding, effectively ensure patient health and reproductive function, reduce mortality, safe, good treatment effect, it’s worthy to be used clinically.
