42名护士职业生命质量及影响因素的分析

目的调查分析我院护士职业生命质量及影响因素。方法随机抽取我院42名护士作为调查对象,根据人口学特征、工作情况和生活基本情况对42例护士进行分组,调查不同情况护士的职业生命质量。结果男性护士职业生命质量低于女性;年龄越高的护士,其职业生命质量也越高;月收入越低的护士,其职业生命质量越低;内科护士职业生命质量高于其他科室;值夜班护士职业生命质量低于不值夜班的护士;饮食规律的护士职业生命质量更高,各组对比差异明显,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论性别、年龄、月收入、所在科室、夜班工作、饮食情况对护士职业生命质量均会有影响。

Analysis of 42 Nurses Occupational Quality of Life and Influencing Factors

Objective To investigate and analyze the factors of nurse occupation quality of life and its influence. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital used to investigate 42 nurses, 42 nurses were grouped according to the basic situation of life and the demographic characteristics, quality of life, occupation in different situation of nurses. Results Male nurses quality life occupation than women;age more nurses, the occupation life quality is higher;the more income is lower nurse occupation, the quality of life is low;the quality of life of occupation of nurses in the Department of internal medicine is higher than that of other departments;quality of life the night nurse occupation value lower than worth the night nurse;diet nursing occupation quality of life higher contrast, were significantly different, P〈0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Gender, age, income, hospital, night work, diet will have influence on both the quality of nurse occupation life.
