摘    要:目的 研究人精子顶体酶与男性不育之间的关系。 方法  2 1 7例不育男性 ,年龄 2 4~ 43岁 ,根据精液常规检查结果分为不育 A、B两组 ;46例生育男性为对照组。手淫留取精液标本 ,常规洗涤后孵育 ,采用固定明胶底膜法检测精子顶体酶。 结果 正常生育组的精子顶体酶活性阳性率为 86.5% ,酶活性亮区直径为 42 .9μm。不育 A组酶活性阳性率为 57.0 % ,酶活性亮区直径为 3 8.5μm。不育 B组酶活性阳性率为3 5.2 % ,酶活性亮区直径为 2 7.5μm。经统计学处理 ,生育组与不育组之间精子顶体酶阳性率差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1 )。 结论 顶体酶阳性率和活力低下是男性不育的一个重要原因 ,精子顶体酶是受精过程中的关键酶

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between the acrosin in human sperm and male infertility. Methods: Fresh semen samples collected from 217 infertile men, aged 24 to 43 years old, were taken as the experimental group, and 46 samples collected from normal fertile men were served as control group. The specimens of the spermatozoa were routinely washed with phosphate bufer solution and centrifugalized and hatched with fixed gelatin. Acrosin reaction was determined by fixed gelatin substrate film technique. Results: The mean positive reaction rate of the spermatic acrosin was 86.5%, and the mean diameter of acrosin reaction area was 42.9 μm in control group. The mean positive reaction rates of the spermatozoal acrosin were 57.0% and 35.2%, and the mean diameters of acrosin reaction area were 38.5 μm and 27.5 μm in experimental group A and B, respectively. There was significant statistical difference ( P<0.01 ) in the positive reaction rate of the acrosin between fertile and infertile groups. Conclusion: These results showed that the spermatozoal acrosin is a key enzyme in fertilization and a close relationship might exist between male infertility and low activity of acrosin.
