| 摘 要： | 牵引成骨术（distraction osteogenesis，DO）用于颅颌面骨牵引的研究始于20世纪70年代，直到90年代后，随着新材料的运用以及牵引成骨装置（distraction osteogenesis device，DOD）和基础研究的不断深入，DO在颌面外科实验与临床的应用范围才日益扩大。
