双腔气囊导尿管两种不同注水方法的比较

目的:探讨双腔气囊导尿管适宜的注水方法。方法:选择从2007年1月至2007年12月在我院普外科住院需用双腔气囊导尿管导尿的400例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各200例。对照组采用常规注水方法,实验组采用导尿管插入膀胱后先注水5ml向外轻拉尿管使气囊部分贴于尿道内口上方,再注入余量水,两组均以有无出现漏尿为判断指标。结果:对照组尿液渗漏者有80例,实验组尿液渗漏者有15例,两种注水方法经统计学处理有显著差异(χ2=50.47,P<0.01)。结论:实验组采用的注水方法降低了漏尿现象,在临床工作中值得推广。
