北沙参根中化学成分分布规律探讨

摘    要:对北沙参根不同部位中的可溶性糖、淀粉、水溶性粗多糖、可溶性蛋白质及各种氨基酸等成分进行了分析测定 ,探讨这些成分在北沙参根中的分布规律。结果表明 ,这些成分的分布呈不均衡状态 ,在纵向上 ,除根茎部各种成分的变化不甚规则外 ,从上到下可溶性糖、多数氨基酸及总氨基酸含量逐渐降低 ,淀粉含量也有降低趋势 ,水溶性粗多糖与可溶性蛋白质含量却不断升高 ;在横向上 ,从外向内可溶性糖、水溶性粗多糖含量不断提高 ,可溶性蛋白质含量也有逐渐提高的趋势 ,而淀粉、多数氨基酸与总氨基酸含量却以韧皮部最高。这对于评价北沙参药材质量具有一定的参考价值

Abstract:Consistencies of soluble sugar,amylum,soluble gross amylose,soluble protein and varies of amino acid in different parts of Glehnia littoralis Fr.Schmidt ex Miq.root were measured and analysed in order to discuss their distribution characteristics.The results showed that the distributions of these elements were unbalanced.In longitudinal direction,except for various components of rhizoma,no regulation consistencies of soluble sugar,amylum,and most kinds of amino acid and total amino acid showed decrease gradually,while consistencies of soluble gross amylose and soluble protein increased from upper part to bottom one.In transverse direction,consistencies of soluble sugar and soluble gross amylose increased in succession from periphery part to radical axis and consistency of soluble protein also showed a increasing trend.Consistencies of amylum,most kinds of amino acid and total amino acid were the highest in phloem.This study is important to evaluation of Glehnia littoralis Fr.Schmidt ex Miq.medicine materials.
