CBL教学模式在老年痴呆临床教学中的应用

摘    要:以病例为基础的学习(CBL)是一种全新的教学模式,其核心是“以病例为先导,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为主导”.老年痴呆是教学中的一个重点及难点内容,文章结合实践探讨了CBL教学模式的特点、在老年痴呆临床教学中的应用及优势.同时指出应用CBL模式进行临床教学,可显著提高教学质量.

Abstract:Case-based learning(CBL) is a new teaching model,with the method of small group discussion.It is case-guided,problem-based,student-centered and teacher-leading,and is progressively becoming the main model adapted for the demand of clinical medical teaching.Senile dementia is one of the important and difficult points in geriatrics.With CBL teaching model adopted in clinical training,good results and improved quality of teaching were achieved.Here,the feature,practical approach and advantages of CBL teaching model are mainly explored.
