6S企业管理模式在静脉用药调配中心管理中的应用

目的 改善医院静脉药物调配中心的工作环境,强化全体工作人员的责任心和安全风险意识.方法 运用6S管理模式的方法对科室环境、物品定置摆放、药库的管理、工作流程质控管理及工作人员素养5个方面进行调查、改善和评价.结果 通过6S管理模式的运行,使得静脉药物调配中心的工作环境、物品的分类、定点放置规范达到了目视管理的要求,提高了员工的风险防范意识,促使人人都能严格遵守规章制度并形成行为习惯.结论 6S管理模式在PIVAS里的合理应用,实现了“安全管理常态化、现场管理规范化、流程管理标准化、标识管理统一化、人员管理制度化”.

Applications of 6S Management Mode in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services

Objective To improve the working environment for pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),and strengthen the sense of responsibility and the safety risk consciousness of all the staff.Methods The site environment,items classification,drug store management,work procedure and quality management and staff qualities were introduced 6S management mode,and the five aspects were investigated,improved and evaluated.Results Site environment,item classification and designated place for temporary storage gradually meet the requirements of the visual management by using the mothed of 6S management mode,which improved risk prevention awareness of the employees and spurred the staff to abide by the rules and regulations and develop a good habit.Conclusion Reasonable applications of 6S management in PIVAS realize the goal such as normalized safety management,standardized site management,normalized process management,unified identification management and institutionalized personnel management.
