64层螺旋CT冠脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用

目的:评价64层螺旋CT冠脉成像在冠心病诊断中的作用。方法:对86例疑诊冠心病患者(男40例,女46例)用64层螺旋CT进行冠脉成像,以选择性冠脉造影结果作为金标准,评价其对冠心病诊断的灵敏度和特异度。结果:86例患者共分析638个血管节段,其中64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对左冠主干诊断的灵敏度和特异度为100%,左前降支为97.9%和97.1%,右冠远端为84.5%和97.5%,对钙化的诊断优于冠脉造影。结论:64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对冠心病诊断有较高的准确性,可以作为冠心病诊断和筛查的主要检查方法。

The application of 64-slice sprial CT coronary angiography in artery disease

Objective：To evaluate the accuracy of 64-slice spiral computed tomography coronary angiograpy in artery disease. Methods ：eighty six patients with suspected coronary artery disease underwent CT coronary angiography （CTA） and selected coronary angiography （SCA）. The SCA results were served as ＂gold standard＂ to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CTA,while the sensivity was calculated. Rusults ：A total of 638 stenosis were detected by using the CTA in the 86 patients, the sensitivity ,specificity of LMA were 100% ,the sensitivity ,specificity of LAD were 97.9% and 97. 1% respectively, the sensitivity ,specificity of RCA3 were 84. 5% and 97. 5%respectively, could clearly demonstrate the calcifications on the vessel wail of coronary arterial. Concusion： 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiograpy has high sensitivity and specificity , could be used to diagnose and screen coronary artery disease in old patientse.
