| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肝癌患者行高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗的护理经验。方法：对行HIFU治疗的44例肝癌患者进行围治疗期的护理。结果：患者消除了紧张情绪，顺利完成治疗计划且无1例出现皮肤损伤及其它不良反应。结论：围治疗期护理是提高患者治疗依从性、保证治疗计划完成，减少不良反应的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Sum up nursing care experiences about the treatm en t of high intensity focused ultrasound on carcinoma of liver.Methods:Nursing 44 patients of liver cancer with high intensity focused ultrasound during the the rapy stage.Result:The patients were abirvitatine, the therapeatic plan completed smoothly and no case has damaged skin or other toxicity-side effect.Conclusion :Nursing during therapy stage is an important measure that will improve the com pliancy and ensure the therapy plan completed smoothly,and reduce the toxicity- side effect. |
