| 摘 要： | 化疗药物对女性癌症患者的卵巢功能造成损害,可引起卵巢功能早衰。损伤发生率及机制尚需进一步的研究,促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)似能够保护化疗时的卵巢功能,卵巢组织移植保护卵巢功能技术上可行,但尚需解决一些问题。

| Abstract: | Chemotherapy drugs may impair ovarian function which can result in premature ovarian fail- ure.The incidence and mechanisms of ovarian damage are difficult to assess,and further studies are needed. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)could preserve ovarian function.There are some problems a- bout ovarian tissue transplantation to solve though it is technically feasible. |
