| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析肺癌心血管损害的发生率、临床表现及诊断等。方法 :回顾分析 5 0例肺癌患者。结果 :其中 11例发生心血管损害 ,其发生率为 2 2 %。发生心血管损害的 11例患者中主要表现为心律失常 6例 （ 5 5 % ） ,心包炎 5例（ 4 5 % ） :上腔静脉阻塞综合征 （ SVCS） 3例 （ 2 7% ） ;心力衰竭 2例 （ 18% ）。结论 :肺癌心血管损害的发生率较高 ,影响患者预后 ,应予重视

| Abstract: | AIM:To analyse the incidence, clinical manifestations and diagnosis of the damage of lung cancer to cardiovascular system. METHODS: We analyzed the data of 50 patients with lung cancer retrospectively. RESULTS: The damage of cardiovascular system developed in 11 of 50 cases, arrhythmia 6 cases (55%), pericarditis (45%), superior vena cava (SVCS)3 cases (27%), heart failure 2 cases (18%). CONCLUSION: There is high incidence of damage of lung cancer to cardiovascular system, the prognosis is poor. |
