| 摘 要： | 只有在管理规范化的道路上,准确把握医院信息化的内涵,加强信息资源的挖掘,在信息系统设计时,统一规划,优化重组业务流程,并在信息化建设过程中,坚持“有所为,有所不为”,才能取得医院信息化工作的主动权,加快医院信息化建设的步伐。

| Abstract: | It is imperative for hospitals to correctly grasp the implication of the hospital information system and enhance the tapping of information resources on the basis of standardized management, to unify plans and optimize and recombine the service procedures in designing the information system, and to stick to the principle of "getting some things done and leaving others undone" in the construction of the information system before they can gain the initiative with regard to their information system and speed up its construction. |
