| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢肿瘤患者血浆溶血磷脂酸（LPA）表达水平及其临床意义。方法观察LPA对卵巢癌细胞增殖力的影响;测定卵巢癌患者48例、卵巢良性肿瘤患者20例及14例健康妇女的血浆LPA水平,并作对比分析。结果 LPA可增加细胞的增殖能力,且存在剂量依赖性。正常妇女和卵巢良性肿瘤患者血浆LPA水平无统计学意义;卵巢上皮性癌患者血浆LPA水平显著高于正常妇女和良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者（P〈0.01）。结论 LPA与卵巢癌的发生发展相关,对卵巢上皮性癌的诊断和病情监测具有潜在的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the serum levels of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)in patients with ovarian tumor and its clinical significance.Methods Observe the proliferation ability of the ovarian cancer cell by LPA deal with;48 patients with ovarian tumor,20 patients with benign ovarian tumors and 14 normal women were subjected to detect the serum levels of LPA and for comparative analysis.Results LPA promotes cell proliferation showing a dose-dependency.Levels of serum LPA in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were higher significantly than those of normal women and benign cases(P<0.01).Conclusion LPA is related to the development of ovarian cancer.LPA may have a potential value for diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. |
