某冶金大型国营企业职业卫生现况调查

目的了解某公司(冶金大型国营企业)职业病危害现状,识别生产环境中职业危害因素的种类及其危害程度,为制定职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法于2010年对该公司职业病危害因素进行监测。结果生产环境有害因素监测总合格率为87.87%;其中粉尘合格率为86.09%,毒物合格率为99.38%,噪声合格率为76.88%,辐射热合格率为93.75%。结论该厂职业病有害因素监测合格率较高,但职业病危害仍然存在,在做好职业病危害因素监测的同时,还应加强健康监护工作,保障劳动者的身体健康。

Cross-sectional study on occupation health in a large-scale state-owned metallurgical enterprise

[Objective]To understand the present situation of occupational hazards in a enterprise(large-scale state-owned metallurgical enterprise),identify the type and degree of occupational hazard factors in production environment,and provide a scientific basis for developing the prevention strategies of occupational diseases.[Methods]The occupational hazard factors in this enterprise were monitored in 2010.[Results] The total qualified rate of harmful factors in production environment was 87.87%.The qualified rate of dust,toxicant,noise and radiation heat was 86.09%,99.38%,76.88% and 93.75%,respectively.[Conclusion]The qualified rate of occupational hazard factors in this enterprise is high,but there still exist occupational hazards.It is necessary to carry out the monitoring of occupational hazard factors and strengthen the health surveillance,to ensure the health of workers.
