| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖尿病患者视网膜病变的相关因素与临床预防的相关策略.方法 回顾性的分析2010年6月至2011年12月我院慢病管理中的74例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据有无发生糖尿病视网膜病变进行分组,发生糖尿病视网膜病变的为观察组(28例),无糖尿病视网膜病变的作为对照组(46例),同时对吸烟史、相关病史、血糖、血脂、白内障等相关危险因素进行研究.结果 通过观察组和对照组的数据统计表明,患者的病程、甘油三酯、尿素氮、舒张压、高血压病史等有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 积极对糖尿病患者采取抑制空腹血糖、甘油三酯等措施,可以相对的减少糖尿病视网膜病变的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the related factors and clinical prevention for diabetic retinopathy.Methods Analyze the clinical data of 74 patients with type II diabetes.The associated risk factors of observed group(28 cases) and control group(46 cases) were investigated.Results The indicators such as disease course,triglycerides,urea nitrogen,diastolic blood pressure for two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive suppression of fasting plasma glucose,triglycerides and other measures can reduce the incidence of diabetic retinopathy. |
