体外MTT法筛选白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤活性部位

摘    要:目的:实验筛选出中药材的药理活性部位.方法:采用体外MTT法进行肿瘤细胞抑制率试验.将全草提取物分为9个不同的极性部位,据白花蛇舌草的临床疗效,选用肿瘤细胞BGC-823分别进行筛选.结果:初步显示F5部位对肿瘤细胞BGC-823具有抑制作用,并呈现一定剂量关系.结论:初步认为白花蛇舌草的抗肿瘤活性部位为部位F5.

Abstract:Objective:To screen the pharmacological active site of Chinese herbal medicines through this study.Experiment researches relate to anti-tumour activity of Hedyotis Diffusa willd,which could guide deeply research in Hedyotis Diffusa.Methods:In the research on anti-tumour activity,the extraction was divided into 9 parts with different polarity.The method of MTT in vitro was used to determine which parts had greater anti-tumour activity.According to the use of Hedyotis Diffusa in clinic,we chose cells BGC-823 to carry out experiments.Results:The results primarily showed that Part 5 had greater anti-tumour activity and others hardly had the function.It also showed that Part 5 could inhibit the cells BGC-823 and the function had certain dosage-effect relationship.Conclusion:Based on the results,we primarily considered that Part 5 of the extraction had anti-tumour activity according to the reliable data.
