胸外伤的临床治疗分析

目的 探讨胸外伤的临床诊治措施.方法 回顾分析65例患者的临床资料.结果 65例患者中治愈62例(95.38%),死亡3例(4.62%).死亡原因:直接死于胸部伤大出血死亡1例,死于胸外伤合并ARDS 1例.合并颅头伤死亡1例.结论 胸外伤大多有合并伤,入院时病情多危重,首先要及早诊断,保持良好的呼吸道通畅,有效的抗休克治疗,积极治疗肺挫伤,可明显提高抢救的成功率.

Clinical analysis of treatment of thoracic trauma

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of thoracic trauma measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 65 patients.Results Among the 65 cases,62 cases were cured (95.38%),3 cases died (4.62%).Cause of death:direct died of chest trauma hemorrhage1 cases died,1 cases died of chest trauma combined with ARDS.Combined head injury death in 1 cases.Conclusion The most complicated injury severity at admission,many critically ill,first of all to early diagnosis,maintain respiratory tract unobstructed,effective anti-shock treatment,active treatment of pulmonary contusion,can significantly improve the success rate of rescue.
