| 摘 要： | 妊娠期甲状腺激素的合成、分泌及代谢发生相应的改变,妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)导致流产、早产、妊娠期高血压疾病及妊娠期糖代谢异常等产科并发症的发生率增加,并可能影响后代的智力发育.对确诊临床甲减的妊娠期妇女早期给予左旋甲状腺素(L-T4)治疗能改善妊娠结局.

| Abstract: | The synthesis secretion,metabolism and regulation of thyroid hormones during pregnancy change with gestational ages.Hypothyroidism during pregnancy is not only associated with all increased risk of abortion,premature delivery,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,abnormal glucose metabolism of pregnancy,but also a deleterious effect of the fetal development.An early supplementation with levothyroxine might reduce these risks. |
