药物流产的安全性与临床分析

目的 探讨药物流产的安全性,并分析相关的影响因素.方法 选择本站近3年来收治的120例妊娠49 d以内的健康孕妇,采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇的方法进行药物流产.根据药流结果,将完全流产病例作为对照组,不全流产和流产失败病例作为观察组.分析两组在年龄、流产次数、孕囊直径大小等的统计学差异.结果 完全流产108例(90%),不全流产9例(7.5%),流产失败3例(2.5%);观察组和对照组在年龄、流产次数、孕囊大小等方面均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇的药物流产是比较安全的人工流产方法,它可以避免人流手术给患者带来的痛苦和伤害,不良反应少,安全简便,是终止早孕的有效手段.

Safety and clinical analysis of medical abortion

Objective To explore the safety of medicine miscarries and analyze the influencing factors.Methods Select 120 healthy women within 49 days of pregnancy in the recent three years in our site pregnant.All of them took medical abortion with oral Mifepristone and Misoprostol.According to the results of the medical abortion,complete abortion cases were taken as a control group while incomplete abortion and abortion failure cases as observed group.Analyze the differences between two groups in age,number of abortions and gestational sac size.Results The number of complete abortion was 108 cases(90%),incomplete abortion 9 cases(7.5%),failure 3 cases(2.5%).Observed and control groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05) in age,number of abortions,gestational sac size.Conclusion Medical abortion is a simple,safe and effective means for terminating early pregnancy.
