沐舒坦雾化吸入在治疗新生儿肺炎中的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入在治疗新生儿肺炎中的临床疗效.方法 本文选取了我院2011年1月至2012年1月间入院治疗的64例新生儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据患儿实施治疗方法的不同,将其分成两组,分别为治疗组和对照组,每组32例患儿,对实施不同治疗方法后的治疗效果进行比较分析.结果 两组新生儿肺炎患儿在实施不同治疗方法后,两组组间比较,在痊愈率和平均治疗时间方面,治疗组均优于对照组,且P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎,能够起到迅速缓解症状,改善患儿呼吸道症状,同时缩短病程的效果,是临床治疗新生儿肺炎的良好选择.

The observation of the clinical efficacy for Ambroxol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy for Ambroxol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods 64 cases of neonates with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were chosen as the research object. According to the implementation of the treatment, they were divided into two groups, respectively the treatment group and the control group of 32 patients. The treatment effects after the implementation of the different treatment methods were compared. Results After the implementation of different treatment for the two groups of neonates with pneumonia, compared between the two groups, in the cure rate and the average duration of treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group, P<0.05, there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion Ambroxol inhalation in treatment of neonatal pneumonia can quickly relieve symptoms, improve respiratory symptoms in children, and shorten the duration of the effect of clinical treatment of neonatal pneumonia.
