原发性大隐静脉曲张的诊治体会（附1036例报告）

目的总结原发性大隐静脉曲张的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我院收治的1036例原发性大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,并随访其疗效。结果对1036例确诊为原发性大隐静脉曲张的患者行大隐静脉高位结扎加点式剥脱术,其中并发局部血肿27例（2.6%）,皮肤破溃者15例（1.4%）,切口渗血18例（1.7%）,术后肢体轻度肿胀12例（1.1%）,局部复发9例（0.8%）,无并发下肢深静脉血栓形成及神经损伤者。结论大隐静脉高位结扎加点式剥脱术创伤小、并发症少、术后复发率低,是根治大隐静脉曲张安全有效的方法。

Experience of diagnosis and treatment of primary great saphenous varicose vein in 1036 cases

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of primary great saphenous varicose vein.Methods Retrospective analysis and follow-up of 1036 patients with primary great saphenous varicose vein.Results 1036 patients with primary great saphenous varicose vein were treated with high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein,including 27 cases with local hematoma(2.6 %),15 cases with skin ulceration(1.4 %),18 cases with wound bleeding(1.7 %),12 cases with lower limbs swelling(1.1 %),and 9 cases with local recurrence(0.8 %).There was no case with deep venous thrombosis and nerve damage.Conclusion High ligation and stripping in great saphenous vein is an effective and simple treatment for primary great saphenous varicose vein,resulting in few complications,little trauma and low recurrence rate.
