2002—2011年上海市闵行区职业病发病分析

目的分析2002—2011年度上海市闵行区职业病的发病情况和趋势,更好地做好职业病防治工作。方法对上海市闵行区2002—2011年度职业病新发病资料使用Excel建立数据库,使用SPSS12统计分析软件进行统计分析。结果上海市闵行区2002—2011年度职业病发病呈先升后降的抛物线型趋势;共有新发病691例,男性(598例)占86.54%,女性(93例)占13.46%;其中按职业病病种发病占前4位的是职业性皮肤病(35.89%)、职业中毒(17.08%)、职业性眼病(15.05%)、尘肺病(14.91%);发病以中青年为主,年龄在20～49岁的患者人数占总发病人数的78.73%;发病时接毒工龄小于3 a的人数占53.84%。结论 2002—2011年度上海市闵行区职业病病种中高风险职业病为职业性皮肤病、职业中毒、职业性眼病和尘肺病,急性职业中毒防治工作仍待加强。

Analysis of occupational disease incidence in Minhang District of Shanghai City from 2002-2011

[Objective]To analyze the incidence and the trend of occupational disease in Minhang District of Shanghai City from 2002-2011,so as to prevent these diseases.[Methods]The reporting data of occupational diseases,including all kinds of new cases from 2002-2011,were formed a database by Excel and systematically analyzed with SPSS 12 statistics software.[Results] The incidence of occupational disease showed parabolic trend with fall after rising from 2002-2011 in Minhang District of Shanghai City.Totally 691 new cases were reported,it included 598 male patients(86.54%) and 93 female patients(13.46 %).The top 4 occupational diseases were occupational dermatitis(35.89%),occupational poisoning(17.08%),occupational eye disease(15.05%)and pneumoconiosis(14.91%).Most patients were young and middle aged(20-49 years) which occupied 78.73% of total cases.And 53.84% patients’ exposure length was less than 3 years.[Conclusion]Occupational dermatitis,occupational poisoning,occupational eye disease and pneumoconiosis are the high-risk occupational diseases in Minhang District of Shanghai City from 2002-2011.Acute occupational poisoning prevention still needs to be enhanced.
