医院抗菌药物应用的管理与控制

为防止抗菌药物的滥用,本院建立健全了合理应用抗菌药物的管理组织和管理制度;加强了对医务人员合理使用抗菌药物的知识培训;制定了抗菌药物的使用原则;严把购药关,有计划地更新换代药物品种;对全院抗菌药物的使用认真督察,把督查结果以多种形式向全院各科室反馈,并对滥用抗菌药物的科室和个人进行经济处罚,使抗菌药物的滥用得到有效控制。本文对本院采取的管理与控制措施进行介绍。

Administration and Control of Antibiotics in Hospital

To prevent the abuse of antibiotics,Various methods were used to enhance the administration of antibiotics,for example,fully exert the organization and establish rational management regulations to use antibiotics;strengthen the training of the doctors and nurses for the rational use of the antibiotics;stipulate the rules and principles for the use of antibiotics;strictly control the purchase of medicine and replace the kind of medicine on schedule,implement strict inspection and supervision of the use of the antibiotics in hospital and make a timely feedback of the inspection in varions forms,and give certain economic punishment to the medical personal and the departments concerned.The effective control of the abuse of the antibiotics in hospital was obtained.The measures of the control of antibiotics abuse adopted in hospital have proven effective.
