| 摘 要： | 对实验性狗矽肺使用肺灌洗术的作用进行了观察。结果表明,灌洗组矽肺病理改变方面,无论是矽结节、肺胶原、还是肺内石英含量均较染尘非灌洗组显著减少;在X线胸片上显示,类圆形阴影量数和大小明显减少和减小。对其机制作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The effects of lung lavage on the experimental silicosis of dogs were observed. The pathological changes of the silicosis, especially silicotic nodules, pulmonary collagens and silica in experimental dogs were significantly less serious than those of non-lavaged. Similarly the chest radiographic opacities in experimental dogs were reduced in number and size. The mechanism was discussed. |
