前列腺素E1脂微球制剂治疗老年脑梗塞的疗效

目的:观察前列腺素E1脂微球制剂(Lipo PGE1)治疗老年急性脑梗塞的临床疗效及可能作用机制.方法:71例老年急性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予Lipo PGE1 10μg静脉泵入,1次/d,共14 d.对照组用维脑路通治疗.治疗前后分别测定血液流变学、大脑中动脉(MCA)血流动力学指标,进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评价,并观察临床疗效.结果:Lipo PGE1治疗组治疗后血液流变学、MCA血流动力学指标显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评价均显著改善(P<0.01),临床疗效较维脑路通佳(P<0.05).结论:Lipo PGE1对老年脑梗塞患者、血液流变学和MCA血流动力学指标有明显改善,是治疗老年脑梗塞安全有效的药物.

Observation on the effect of Lipo PGE1 in treatment of cerebral infarction in the elder

Objective:To observe the efficacy of lipo prostaglandin E_1(Lipo PGE_1) on treatment of cerebral infarction in the elder.Methods:71 elder patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, the treated group and the control group. The treated group was treated with Lipo PGE_1. The control group was treated with Venoruton injection. The rheology and hemodynamic parametres of MCA were measured before and after treatment. Their clinical effect were observed.Results:The rheology and hemodynamic parametres of MCA shoved significantly improvement after Lipo PGE_1 thesapy ( P <0.05, P <0.01).The recovery of nerve function deficiency and the living ability of the treated group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:The rheology and hemodynamic parameters of MCA of the elder cerebral infarction treated with Lipo PGE_1 is effectire. Medicafion of Lipo PGE_1 in the elderly cerebral infarction is a safe and effective drug.
