| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大川芎方对偏头痛大鼠颈静脉血和三叉神经节P物质（substance P,SP）含量的影响。方法：30只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、模型组和中药组（n=10）。采用Cristina tassorelli方法制备偏头痛模型,大川芎方灌胃,以放射免疫分析法测定大鼠颈静脉血和三叉神经节P物质的含量。结果：动物皮下注射硝酸甘油后出现偏头痛症状,如双耳发红、前肢频繁搔头、爬笼次数增多等。模型组颈静脉血和三叉神经节中SP含量与对照组比较显著升高（P〈0.05）;中药干预组与模型组比较,SP含量显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：硝酸甘油可导致偏头痛症状及SP在颈静脉血浆和三叉神经节中的含量增加。大川芎方干预可通过调控＂三叉神经血管系统＂中SP的释放而减轻偏头痛症状。
