纤支镜在呼吸道急诊抢救中的应用

为探讨纤支镜在呼吸道急重症抢救治疗中的作用。笔者在高频呼吸机通气给氧及心电血氧饱和度监测下,应用纤支镜抢救治疗呼吸道急重症患者30例。结果为中等量以上咯血者7例、5例局部止血有效;哮喘持续状态4例,3例症状缓解;急性肺脓肿12例,均有不同程度脓腔缩小或闭合。COPD并重症肺部感染3例,均有明显症状改善;原因不明呼吸困难4例,术中均明确诊断。因此应用纤支镜对呼吸道急重症抢救治疗是安全、有效、易行的方法。

Application of Bronchofiberscope in Respiratory Tract Emergency Treatment

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of bronchofiberscope in respiratory tract emergency treatment. Methods; Under the mornitoring of oxyhemoglobin saturation (SaO2) and high frequency ventilation, bronchofiberscope was used to rescure 30 patients with acute respiratory tract disease. Results:Of 7 patients with more than medium hemoptysis, 5 responded to bronchofiberscope treatment. Of 4 patients with conti-nous asthma , the symptom was relieved in 3. In 12 patients with acute lung abscess, the suppurative cavity was reduced or healed in different degree. In 3 COPD patients with severe infection, the symptom was greatly improved. And there were 4 patients with unknown dyspnea (2 with acute undileted and 2 with airway tumor). Conclusion: Bronchofiberscope is safe, effective, and simple in treating respiratory tract disease.
