摘    要:目的:建立一种简易的可控制面积及深度的烫伤模型.方法:以医用纱布作为热载体,确定可持续保温的最佳纱布层数.将恒温热水浴中加热至99℃的纱布分别在新西兰兔背部烫3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25s共计12个时间点.伤后24h取标本,经HE染色评价烫伤程度,并埘烫伤的时间和程度作相关性分析.结果:确定可持续保温的纱布最佳层数为35层,并且烫伤程度和时间具有很好的相关性:Ⅰ度烫伤模型的致伤时间3—5S;浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型的致伤时间7—13s;深Ⅱ度烫伤模型的致伤时间15~19S;Ⅲ度烫伤模型的致伤时间21—25s.结论:该模型选用纱布作为热载体,具有烫伤面积及深度控制准确,操作简便、重复性好的优点,是研究创伤修复机制的较好模型.

Abstract:AIM: To establish a simple scalding inodel with controllable area and grades. METHODS: Pledgets were used as heating media. At first, the optimal layer numbers of pledgets were determined by evaluating the effect of heat preservation. Pledgers soaked with hot water at 99 ℃ were applied onto the backs of New Zealand rabbits for 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 and 25 s respectively. After 24 h, samples were harvested and the scalding lesions were evaluated by HE staining. Also, the relationship between the heating time and scalding grades were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The optimal layer numbers of pledgers proved to be 35. Importantly, there was a close relationship between the heating time and scalding grades. The time for preparing Ⅰ , superficial Ⅱ, deep Ⅱ and Ⅲ grades scald was3-5, 7- 13, 15- 19 and 21 -25 s respectively. CONCLUSION: The current scalding model induced by pledgets as heating media boasts advantage of controllable areas and grades, easy manipulation and good reproducibility, which may be a valuable model to investigate the mechanism of repair in trauma.
