生物堆肥预处理对生活垃圾含水率和发热量的影响

摘    要:采用生物堆肥技术对生活垃圾进行为期10d左右的预处理后,物料中的含水率从预处理前的69.10%下降到32.40%,而湿基高位发热量和湿基低住发热量分别由预处理前的6694kJ/kg上升到14512kJ/kg。4594kJ/kg升高到12888kJ/kg,分别提高了1.2倍和1.8倍。经过生物堆肥预处理的生活垃圾更适合焚烧。

Abstract:After pretreated by biological composting process for about 10 days, the moisture in the domestic waste was decreased from 69. 10% to 32. 40%. Meanwhile the high caloric value of domestic waste in arrival base was greatly increased from 6 694 kJ/kg up to 14 512 kJ/kg, and for low caloric value from 4 594 kJ/kg up to 12 888 kJ/kg. The pretreated domestic waste by biological composting process is more suitable to be incinerated.
