| 摘 要： | 目的 评价透照下动力静脉切除术 (TIPP)治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法 应用TriVex系统对 5 5例 ( 70条肢体 )下肢大隐静脉曲张患者施行了TIPP。结果 TIPP平均时间为 13min( 5～ 5 8min)。平均切口 2 .8个 ( 2～ 6个 )。平均住院时间 7.4d( 2～ 14d)。术后静脉曲张、色素沉着及溃疡消失。平均随访 5 .6个月 ( 1～ 9个月 )无复发 ,小腿无明显瘢痕。结论 TIPP具有手术时间短、创伤小、治疗效果好及美容效果好的优点

| Abstract: | Objective To assesses the effect of transilluminated powered phebectomy (TIPP) for treating varicose great saphenous vein.Methods Fifty-five patients with lower extremity varicose vein were treated by TIPP.Results The mean duration of TIPP was 13 min (range 5-48 min).The mean number of incision required for TIPP was 2.8 (range 2-6). The mean hospital stay was 7.4 days (range 2-14 days).Varicose vein disappeared and ulceration healed postoperatively.Both no recurrence and no remarkable scar were seen in the legs of all the patients during a follow-up of mean 5.6 months (range 1-9 months).Conclusion TIPP used in varicose vein removal is swift and efficacious with a conservation of operating time and the cosmetic result is satisfactory. |
