| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院感染现患率和横断面抗菌药物使用情况。方法采用横断面调查方法,床旁调查和病历调查相结合,将调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果实查住院患者840例,医院感染现患率3.33%、例次现患率3.93%;下呼吸道是我院医院感染的主要部位;动静脉插管、气管切开、使用呼吸机、免疫抑制剂,放、化疗是医院感染的主要危险因素;抗菌药物使用率为48.81%。结论医院感染现患率调查方法简单,省时省力,结果可靠;需加强对高危科室目标监测,进一步加强抗菌药物的监控和管理,提高病原学送检率,减少预防用药,降低抗菌药物的使用率,控制医院感染的发生。
